GMCC holds monthly social bike rides during summertime, on the penultimate Thursday of the month.
The rides go from Manchester city centre to various destinations around Greater Manchester.

Discover pleasant, low traffic routes out of the city, and visit places with scenic, cultural and historical interest.

The rides always call at a café, pub or restaurant for sustenance, liquid refreshments and plenty of cycling chat!

Dates and destinations for 2018 are as follows:

April 19th – Vale Cottage, Gorton via the Ashton Canal and “Yellow Brick Road”

May 24th – Clifton Country Park & The Horseshoe

June 21st – Heaton Park & The Woodthorpe

July 19th – Mersey Valley / Chorlton, venue TBC

August 23rd – Park Bridge & The Woodhouse Gardens

September 20th – Fletcher Moss, Didsbury via the Wilmslow Road corridor

October 18th – Eccles, venue TBC

Meet from 5.30pm in Albert Square, Manchester city centre, for a 6pm departure.
No need to join or sign up, just turn up and ride.
We ride at a gentle pace with a ride leader and back marker.
