Greater Manchester Cycling Campaign

Dick Venes went to Manchester City Council’s TIF-bid seminar. GMCC raised the issue of bikes on Metrolink and lack of detail on cycling measures. We were told that funding cannot be moved from one spending area to another. GMCC will champion cycling as an essential congestion reduction strategy, and ensure that whatever funds are allocated to cycling are spent in ways which will actually benefit to new and experienced cyclists.
