£20m cycling boost as NICE calls for healthier Britain

The government has announced £20million to fund improvements to cycling infrastructure across England. The news came on the same day that the government health advisory body, the National Institute for Clinical Health and Excellence (NICE), issued a report urging people to walk and cycle for short journeys.
